NEW: 1 new random mission type with 88 context-dependent narrative variants

NEW: three new civilian platform types that feature in new random missions.

NEW: added new resource mission variant that adds to fleet stat (equivalent to fleet construction project)

NEW: added notification that existing goods are jettisoned when performing a mission that requires you to pick up new goods.
