BALANCE CHANGES

MOD: increase credits gained from ship wreckage

MOD: some changes to scaling of ambush sizes over the course of the game

MOD: rebalancing of credit and reputation costs for ships in shipyards for non-player factions

MOD: random loot from debris and wrecks is balanced to avoid obtaining powerful equipment too easily 

MOD: rebalanced all weapons (weapons requiring more advanced research are more powerful, reduced difference between large, medium and small variants)
